By using Meetista you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. One account per person.
Your account and content
- Use your real first name, real age and recent photos of yourself.
- You are responsible for what you post and send. You give us permission to store and show it to other users so the app can work.
Community rules
- No nudity, sexual content or sexual requests to people who have not welcomed them.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or bullying.
- No asking for or sending money, no scams, no selling anything.
- No fake profiles, no pretending to be someone else, and no photos of other people as your own.
- Nothing involving anyone under 18.
We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
Verified badge
You can get a verified badge by taking a selfie in the app, which we compare automatically with your profile photos. The badge means the selfie matched at least one of your photos when you verified. It is not an identity or background check. We may remove a badge, for example if the matched photos are deleted or a profile is reported, and you must not try to get a badge with someone else's face.
Paid features
Meetista is currently free, with every feature included and no limits. If we add paid features later, they will be optional, billed through Google Play, and we will update these terms before they launch.
Safety
We do not run criminal background checks. Please follow our safety tips and use your judgement when meeting anyone in person.
Liability
Meetista is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, InTechual Solutions is not liable for the conduct of other users, on or off the app.
